Cara Gibson

Cara Gibson's journey into yoga began in 2012 when a knee injury forced her to stop long distance running.  Little did she know the practice would end up changing life as she knew it.  Her yoga practice has been a process of uncovering, discovering, and healing by finding  authenticity on both her yoga mat and in the world. She focuses on balancing strength and surrender, and breathing through challenges on and off her mat. Cara is AFAA certified in both group exercise and indoor cycling, and also holds a Barre Biz certification. She is currently working toward her degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Personal Training and is finishing up her 200 RYT with Andrew Eppler at the Ashtanga Yoga Studio in Norman.  Whether on the mat, on the bike, or at home with her son, Cara finds her greatest joy in being fully present in every moment.  This is the gift that she hopes to pass on to her students.

Natalie Chavez

 For Natalie Chavez, yoga has evolved her life and skills on and off the mat. She has been practicing yoga since 2011 and began teaching in 2016. Yoga has provided an outlet unlike any others for her- both mentally and physically; this is something she would like her students to experience. She completed her 200 hour RYT training at the Ashtanga Yoga Studio under Andrew Eppler which has helped her appreciate the important of alignment and power of breath. With her athletic background, she has become particularly fond of Vinyasa and enjoys the outlet of personal challenge it creates, by building stamina and the strength through a continuous flow. Her intention as a yoga instructor is to create a safe atmosphere that allows others to come face to face with themselves and where they are in that given moment. She leads classes that constructively challenge yogis physically and mentally, ultimately resulting in a peaceful uplifting experience.

Kat Dinh

Kat completed her 200 RYT training in 2013 at the Ashtanga Yoga Studio in Norman, OK, after starting her own personal practice over 10 years ago.  Kat has a passion for Ayurveda or "the science of life" as a complement to postural yoga practice. She has recently graduated from a 500 hour course with Wise Earth School of Ayurveda and obtained her WEA Ayurveda Wellness & Lifestyle Coach certification to assist others in applying this knowledge, to reawaken their own inner healing powers through the application of Ayurveda in their yoga practice and in their daily lives.

Tiffany Pardee

Tiffany has been a fitness enthusiast most of her life, and was a competitive gymnast from a young age.  After the birth of her second child, Tiffany decided to devote her life to fitness, sharing her love with others.  She became a personal trainer through NASM in 2008 and a certified Indoor Cycling instructor since 2009.  She was later introduced to yoga and proceeded to receive her 200 RYT through Yoga Works, and also trained in Yoga Shred.  Tiffany loves to share her love of yoga with others.  Students are sure to tap into their physical strength in Tiffany's classes, as well as increased mental focus, leaving with a sense of gratitude and serenity!
This is the yoga portion only of our 3 Sixty Signature cycling and yoga fusion class.  Join your instructor for 45 minutes of power flow targeting the muscles worked on the bike.  This class can be taken as part of the cycling fusion class or on its own.
