Danna Fowble

Danna is a nationally certified ACE, National Y, YogaFit and Les Mills fitness professional with over 30 years of experience with all types of group fitness classes.  Danna is a high-energy, technique-oriented instructor with a passion for teaching and helping others achieve their goals. Danna is also a small business owner and professional, and balances her passions for her job and fitness, to help her maintain an healthy lifestyle and to inspire others to do the same!

Donna Bowers

Donna attended the University of North Texas on a tennis scholarship and graduated with a Bachelors in Kinesiology. She also has a Bachelors in Medicine from the University of Oklahoma as a Physician's Assistant and has a Masters Degree in Medicine from the University of Nebraska.  Donna is passionate about physical fitness and has been teaching for over 30 years.  She is certified in PiYo, Barre, Pilates, Indoor Cycling, Mossa Power, RIPPED and is also a Certified Personal Trainer.  Donna loves group fitness, and meeting new people!  You're sure to have a blast with her on the bike!

Renee Williams

Renee earned her Bachelor's of Science in Health and Exercise and a Master's in Education from the University of Oklahoma.  She has been teaching group fitness since 2006 in corporate as well as gym settings on both the East Coast and in Oklahoma.  She holds certifications in Advanced Spinning, SpinPower, and Group Fitness.   Her high-energy, exercise science approach coupled with the best music from around the world is sure to help you reach your personal goals!

Tracy Foster

Tracy graduated from the University of Oklahoma, where she attended on Softball and Volleyball scholarships.  She has taught a wide range of fitness classes and mind-body sessions since.  Tracy is also a retired Federal Criminal Ivestigator and also teaches at the Cleveland County Y and the National Postal Training Center for Employee Development. Tracy has been teaching fitness classes for 30 years, and is an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor, as well as having certifications in Simply Barre, PiYo, Mossa Power, YMCA Spin, and Personal Training.  Come join Tracy on and off the bike!
Join us for a total body workout in this class that combines strength training and drills on the bike with off the bike sculpting and toning, using weights, bands, body weight and more!
