Tiffany Pardee

Tiffany has been a fitness enthusiast most of her life, and was a competitive gymnast from a young age.  After the birth of her second child, Tiffany decided to devote her life to fitness, sharing her love with others.  She became a personal trainer through NASM in 2008 and a certified Indoor Cycling instructor since 2009.  She was later introduced to yoga and proceeded to receive her 200 RYT through Yoga Works, and also trained in Yoga Shred.  Tiffany loves to share her love of yoga with others.  Students are sure to tap into their physical strength in Tiffany's classes, as well as increased mental focus, leaving with a sense of gratitude and serenity!

Katie Pearce

Katie Pearce has been teaching group fitness classes for over 15 years.  She received her Bachelors degree from the University of Oklahoma in Musical Arts, and her Masters Degree from UCO in Music with an emphasis in Jazz Studies and Commercial Music Production.  She has a great deal of experience in both fitness instruction and management, and is a certified group exercise instructor, having received a variety of other fitness certifications from Indoor Cycling to Piloxing. Katie loves the group aspect of fitness and will both motivate and encourage you with her contagious enthusiasm!

Sam Votaw

Sam has been an AFAA certified group fitness instructor for more than 20 years, and has taught everything from Pilates to Step Aerobics to Athletic Interval Training classes. Sam's love for cycling came about while rehabbing an ankle reconstruction and she never gave it up. Her formula for the perfect class doesn't stop with just the drills and mechanics, which she makes both challenging and fun, but she loves the group aspect as well! As a licensed minister, Sam finds joy in seeing people find their fit in the fitness world, and making their dreams a reality. Since her Music Performance studies at ORU, music has always been a key component in her life as well as in her classes. She know music can lift the spirit, give you that last wind, and take your ride to that next level.

Rachel Kliewer

Rachel Kliewer graduated from University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Fitness Management in 2014.  She is certified in Group Fitness and Bootcamp instruction, and is dedicated to helping people improve their overall health and wellness through physical fitness.  After one class, Rachel fell in love with the low-impact, high intensity workout of indoor cycling and was hooked!  Join Rachel as she challenges you both mentally and physically on the bike, for one amazing ride!

Terri Stadler

Terri Stadler began teaching fitness classes while in college at the University of Oklahoma.  There she met many competitive cyclist who encouraged her to try road racing, and she began to train off season with indoor cycling classes.  She fell in love with the energy of the music and group dynamics, and became certified to teach.  Terri has a Masters in Exercise Physiology and has done everything from managing a hospital wellness program to opening fitness centers regionally.  She also works with ACSM to provide certification programs in Oklahoma.
Terri has a passion for teaching and helping others discover the joy of health and wellness.  Her goal is for every client, whether in a personal training session or a group class is to help participants be their best and develop a love for an active lifestyle.
Terri is an avid runner and cyclist, and also teaches barre, pilates, boot camp, yoga sculpt and weight training in addition to indoor cycling. 

Hillary Kallenberger

Hillary Kallenberger, owner of Cycle 3 Sixty, has been teaching group fitness and dance classes for over 25 years. She began her career as a dancer in NYC and found a love for teaching even before.  She has a Bachelors of Arts, and a Masters in Human Relations from The University of Oklahoma.  She has worked as a personal and guidance counselor, specializing in addictions counseling, eating disorders, depression, and child therapy.  She is a certified group fitness, pilates, and yoga instructor (200 RYT) and brings a blend of all disciplines to her classes. She is passionate about fitness, nutrition for wellness, and personal growth and is excited to bring all of these things to the community.  Whether you are jamming to the beats and pushing to your edge in one of her cycling classes, or restoring and energizing your mind, body, and soul in her yoga classes, you are sure to be challenged in a safe and fun environment. Hillary will teach you to accept and love yourself for who you are right where you are.

This is a shorter version of our signature class which is perfect for the busy bee enthusiast.  Spend 30 minutes pumping those legs on the bike for a fast furious blast sure to challenge that heart rate.  Cyclists have the option to stay for various formats of yoga, boot camp, and core classes to follow for a full fusion workout.
