Terri has a passion for teaching and helping others discover the joy of health and wellness.  Her goal is for every client, whether in a personal training session or a group class is to help participants be their best and develop a love for an active lifestyle.
Terri is an avid runner and cyclist, and also teaches barre, pilates, boot camp, yoga sculpt and weight training in addition to indoor cycling.

Gina Scott

Gina’s journey started in 2008. She was at her heaviest weight at 273 pounds. With the help of a nutritionist, psychologist, and personal trainer, Gina set a goal to lose 100 lbs and get out of plus size clothing. After 15 months of inner personal growth and lots of hard work, Gina met both goals. Because she had never learned about proper nutrition, she learned through this transformation that health and fitness were more than just numbers on a scale. Gina is now an AFAA Certified Instructor and has developed the proper tools to maintain this lifestyle change on her own, and continues to pay this experience and knowledge forward to others.

Sam Votaw

Sam has been an AFAA certified group fitness instructor for more than 20 years, and has taught everything from Pilates to Step Aerobics to Athletic Interval Training classes. Sam's love for cycling came about while rehabbing an ankle reconstruction and she never gave it up. Her formula for the perfect class doesn't stop with just the drills and mechanics, which she makes both challenging and fun, but she loves the group aspect as well! As a licensed minister, Sam finds joy in seeing people find their fit in the fitness world, and making their dreams a reality. Since her Music Performance studies at ORU, music has always been a key component in her life as well as in her classes. She know music can lift the spirit, give you that last wind, and take your ride to that next level.
This is a shorter version of our signature class which is perfect for the busy bee enthusiast.  Spend 30 minutes pumping those legs on the bike for a fast furious blast sure to challenge that heart rate.  Cyclists have the option to stay for various formats of yoga, boot camp, and core classes to follow for a full fusion workout.
