Melinda has been teaching group fitness for over 20 years - from high impact complete with leotards, thongs, headbands, leg warmers and Reebok hightops to the evolution of the step, pilates, Les Mills formats and group cycling. Her greatest passion for teaching, however, has remained on the bike. You’ll love her eclectic variety of playlists. Get ready for theme days and please feel free to sing along!! Melinda has a Bachelor’s Degree from Oklahoma State University in Health Wellness with an emphasis in exercise science as well as a Master’s Degree in Patient Education from the University of Arkansas and finally (she loved school) a Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma. Melinda is an attorney in private practice in the metro area but cannot seem to stay out of the fitness industry! She is certified in group cycling by Madd Dog and Schwinn and also teaches Les Mills Body Pump and CxWorx , core and is certified in pilates mat and reformer. 3 Sixty Express Cycle
This is a shorter version of our signature class which is perfect for the busy bee enthusiast. Spend 30 minutes pumping those legs on the bike for a fast furious blast sure to challenge that heart rate. Cyclists have the option to stay for various formats of yoga, boot camp, and core classes to follow for a full fusion workout.
