Ana Svedberg is a Bolivian yogi who found her passion for teaching yoga 10 years ago, moving to the United States and beginning a new adventure as a yoga instructor. Ana completed her teacher training in Spring Texas at Cherry Blossom Yoga. She loves having fun on the mat with her students, and has a deep appreciation and love for nature and animals.

3 Sixty Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga meaning "eight limbs" is a set series of poses done in a flowing or vinyasa style. Students will move through a series of sun salutations, standing and seated poses, and end with relaxation. Instructor will cater to all levels and experiences.
3 Sixty Relax and Restore Yin Yoga
Relax, unwind and journey deeper into your body and mind in this candlelit yin yoga class, where you will hold restorative postures for longer periods of time, focusing on breath work and deep muscle release.
3 Sixty Signature Yoga
This is the yoga portion only of our 3 Sixty Signature cycling and yoga fusion class. Join your instructor for 45 minutes of power flow targeting the muscles worked on the bike. This class can be taken as part of the cycling fusion class or on its own.
