Brittany Taylor received her 200RYT from Yogalife in December, 2014 where she studied under Becca Hewes and has taken continuing education with Doug Keller. She has practiced yoga off and on for over 10 years, and teaches at various places across the OKC Metro. Brittany's general style is hatha yoga with emphasis on alignment, and her goal is to make yoga accessible to all participants and to improve the health and wellness of each student. Brittany's other hobbies include volunteering, running, gardening, and spending time with her husband and dog.

3 Sixty Signature Yoga
This is the yoga portion only of our 3 Sixty Signature cycling and yoga fusion class. Join your instructor for 45 minutes of power flow targeting the muscles worked on the bike. This class can be taken as part of the cycling fusion class or on its own.
3 Sixty Hot Power Flow Yoga
This is a full 75 minute heated yoga flow class which ends with deep restorative stretching restorative stretching. This is a challenging class, but can be modified for different levels. This class can be taken as part of the fusion class or on its own.
