Brittany Taylor received her 200RYT from Yogalife in December, 2014 where she studied under Becca Hewes and has taken continuing education with Doug Keller. She has practiced yoga off and on for over 10 years, and teaches at various places across the OKC Metro. Brittany's general style is hatha yoga with emphasis on alignment, and her goal is to make yoga accessible to all participants and to improve the health and wellness of each student. Brittany's other hobbies include volunteering, running, gardening, and spending time with her husband and dog.

Relax, unwind and journey deeper into your body and mind in this candlelit yin yoga class, where you will hold restorative postures for longer periods of time, focusing on breath work and deep muscle release.
Prenatal Workshop Series
These classes will build strength, focus, and flexibility through a gentle practice specifically designed for pregnant women. Expect a combination of postures, breathing and meditation techniques to help both expectant and postpartum mothers ease into the journey of motherhood. These classes will provide a supportive environment to increase body awareness and ease common physical complaints associated with pregnancy.
