For Natalie Chavez, yoga has evolved her life and skills on and off the mat. She has been practicing yoga since 2011 and began teaching in 2016. Yoga has provided an outlet unlike any others for her- both mentally and physically; this is something she would like her students to experience. She completed her 200 hour RYT training at the Ashtanga Yoga Studio under Andrew Eppler which has helped her appreciate the important of alignment and power of breath. With her athletic background, she has become particularly fond of Vinyasa and enjoys the outlet of personal challenge it creates, by building stamina and the strength through a continuous flow. Her intention as a yoga instructor is to create a safe atmosphere that allows others to come face to face with themselves and where they are in that given moment. She leads classes that constructively challenge yogis physically and mentally, ultimately resulting in a peaceful uplifting experience.

3 Sixty Signature Yoga
This is the yoga portion only of our 3 Sixty Signature cycling and yoga fusion class. Join your instructor for 45 minutes of power flow targeting the muscles worked on the bike. This class can be taken as part of the cycling fusion class or on its own.
3 Sixty Heated Power Flow Yoga
This is a full 60-75 minute heated yoga flow class which ends with deep restorative stretching restorative stretching. This is a challenging class, but can be modified for different levels. This class can be taken as part of the fusion class or on its own.
