Tiffany has been a fitness enthusiast most of her life, and was a competitive gymnast from a young age. After the birth of her second child, Tiffany decided to devote her life to fitness, sharing her love with others. She became a personal trainer through NASM in 2008 and a certified Indoor Cycling instructor since 2009. She was later introduced to yoga and proceeded to receive her 200 RYT through Yoga Works, and also trained in Yoga Shred. Tiffany loves to share her love of yoga with others. Students are sure to tap into their physical strength in Tiffany's classes, as well as increased mental focus, leaving with a sense of gratitude and serenity!

Our signature class combining 45 minutes of cycling with optional off the bike exercises using weights, bands and body resistance. Rock out with our amazing instructors on the bike, with the option to downshift into the 45 minute yoga class to follow. This class is sure to leave you feeling fully energized!
